- Macguyver OThis venue is awsome THE BEST PLACE TO SEE METAL SHOWS sound guy did a great job making bands sound good and balance the instruments normal to cheap drink prices bathrooms are nasty but that's a metal bar I LOVE IT HERE !!! they dont serve food during the covid stuff but I think in normal times they got hotdogs and fries. GREAT PLACE YOU SHOULD GO!!!
- David RI was a little apprehensive at first after reading the reviews, mostly good with a few bad ones. Disregard the bad reviews, Ground Zero is top notch. A great venue for a good time. Everyone was extremely friendly, the workers and the other patrons. Show was right on time, no delays. Please bring Ward Davis, Josh Morningstar or the Piedmont Boys back again. I will be headed back to see any country concert there, awesome time.
- David DI have been to Ground Zero twice, if it wasn't 3 hours away from the crib I would be a regular even though I am 54 years old. Both times I went was to see Fu Manchu, first time was a double bill with Corrosion of Conformity which was one of the best heavy shows I have ever seen which is saying something because I have been to a lot of shows through the years. I haven't been to the club in over 15 years but I still check out the show schedule on occasion when I daydream about the good ol daze. Both times I went I had a blast and ended up hanging with some cool people. Had to believe a club of this caliber is located in a conservative armpit of a town like Spartanburg but they are close to interstate and catch independent shows touring between Atlanta and Charlotte. I love that the outside is so sketchy looking as to turn off posers, this is a jewel of a rock and roll dive.
